What to Expect
Our Red Light Therapy sessions are simple, relaxing and non-invasive. You'll be positioned in front of our professional-grade red light panel for a set period, typically between 10 and 20 minutes. There is no heat, no UV exposure, and no downtime required.
Sessions can be used standalone or combined with your gym workout or class for enhanced recovery benefits. Our team will guide you through the process and recommend a programme suited to your goals.
Red light therapy is suitable for most people and all fitness levels. If you have any health concerns, we recommend consulting your GP before your first session.
